HUNGRY - EAT When you know you are actually in need of food - then you eat. "Always think.... before you eat anything are you eating to 'feel' or 'fill' If you are eating to feel, why? What is going on with you that you are turning to food to help 'fix it'? If you are eating to fill your body is in need of fuel. Then you eat the food that will be the best for your body." Jackie
ANGER - MEDITATE When you are upset or angry - stop - think and meditate. Call a friend. “Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.” - Mark Twain
LONELY - CALL Do something: call a friend, a close family member or your pastor/priest etc. Talk it out or write. "Why do I write? It's not that I want people to think I am smart, or even that I am a good writer. I write because I want to end my loneliness." Jonathan Safran Foer
TIRED - REST Try to get a good nights sleep. This helps provide the fuel your body needs for energy. “Man(woman) is a genius when he (she) is dreaming.” ― Akira Kurosawa
